Election of Officers Discussion and possible action to nominate and elect a Chair and Vice Chair for the Design Review Appeals Board. ALL OFFICERS WERE RE-ELECTED TO SAME POSITIONS AS PREVIOUSLY HELD 2. Appeal for a design review waiver from Section 20-70-12A.1h to provide relief from the exterior building materials and architectural style requirements for an accessory structure that is greater than 300 square feet in area. Board Action: UPHELD the Planning Managers denial of DR07-08, with the stipulation that staff work with the applicant so they may improve and perhaps relocate the container so that it can be within compliance. REPORT FROM THE DESIGN REVIEW APPEALS ADVISORY BOARD: This item is to allow the Design Review Appeals Board to provide staff with direction on agenda items, provide report of Subcommittees, to discuss schedule of future meetings, requests for staff information REPORT FROM STAFF: ADJOURNMENT Your comments pertaining to the Design Review Appeals Board business are welcome.
