REGULAR AGENDA

NEW BUSINESS:

1.  V06-05  Generally Located at the Southwest Corner of 89th Avenue 
                   and Sweetwater

Courtney Nawrot, Site Enhancement Services, 6001 Nimitz Parkway, 
South Bend, Indiana, is requesting variances from the City of Peoria 
Zoning Ordinance, Article 14-34 “Signs”.  The variances are requested in 
order to allow additional square footage for wall signs above what is 
permitted in the Ordinance, and to allow animated electronic messages.  
The site is located in the Empire Business Park at the southwest corner of 
89th Avenue and Sweetwater.

1	This item is to allow the Board of Adjustment to 
provide staff with direction on agenda items, provide 
report of Subcommittees, to discuss schedule of 
future meetings, requests for staff information
